Trained as a lawyer, Jason worked as a Corporate Counsel & the pioneering Legal Operations Principal at a listed multinational corporation in the energy & resources industry.

Jason transitioned to pioneering innovative ways of delivering profitable legal services at Australia’s largest law firm, MinterEllison, helping maximise margins while providing exceptional legal services to their clients through client-centric automation and digitisation.

Meanwhile, Jason founded, built & scaled his own E-Commerce business to 6-figures within 12 months. Operating across Australia, China, New Zealand & Taiwan, Jason became deeply passionate & technically proficient in delivering success in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing & Web Design.

In collaboration with PBL Law Group, NSW’s leading strata law firm, Jason founded Instant By-Laws to empower NSW’s strata residents to take control of their strata renovation journey. Instant By-Laws is the culmination of Jason’s half-decade of cross-industry experience, expertise & passions in law, e-commerce, and digital transformation.
